Accreditation
As a journalist you can accredit on the fair at the press lounge in hall 21 (first floor above the hall restaurant) at all times. Or you can use the possibility of our online registration.
Please notice: If you take part at ZOW/E3S with several persons you should register each one separately.
Exhibitors' list
The Exhibitors' list which is available at the entrances, the business centres and the press lounge contains a list of ZOW/E3S exhibitors, arranged in alphabetical order and categorised according to product groups, together with the ZOW/E3S hall plan plan with stand numbers.
Parking
Representatives from the press will find parking lots in front of halls 22 and 23. Just follow the signs. If all lots are occupied you can use our car park service. Your car will then be picked up and returned by our parking attendants.
Entrance
As a journalists you can enter the fair at the main entrance of hall 21 or the south entrance of hall 23 by presenting your official press card. Accreditation is possible directly at the press lounge in hall 21 where you receive all your press material as well.
Press Lounge
The press lounge is situated on the first floor of hall 21 directly above the hall restaurant. The precise location is marked in the hall map.
Photography
If you would like to take pictures of exponats, please consult the respective exhibitors for permission.
Food and Beverages
A great place for you to meet and chat with the exhibitors are the so-called "forums" in the halls, where snacks and drinks are served.
