From the north:

Follow motorway A7 from Hamburg to Hannover, change to A352 and then to A2 direction Dortmund and follow the A2 until exit Herford/Bad Salzuflen. Take direction Detmold/Bad Salzuflen B239 directly to the fairground.

From the east:

Follow motorway A2 from Berlin via Hannover, then direction Dortmund. Leave A2 at exit Herford/Bad Salzuflen. Drive on as described above.

From the west:

Starting in Cologne follow A1 til Kamener Kreuz and change to A2, direction Hannover/Berlin. Follow motorway A2 until exit Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Take direction Lemgo directly to the fairground.

From the south:

Follow motorway A7 from Würzbug to Kassel/Hamburg. Change to A44, direction Dortmund and then change to A33 at the crossing Wünnenberg/Haaren. Follow A33 til Kreuz Bielefeld, then change direction to Berlin/Hannover on A2. Leave A2 at exit Ostwestfalen-Lippe and drive as described above.
If you come from Frankfurt, use motorway A5 til Hattenbacher Dreieck, then change to A7 to Kassel/Hamburg. Change to A44 at Kasseler Kreuz and continue as described above.

Traffic indications

One-way-street arrangement

During fair days there will be a one-way-street arrangement on the access roads in the immediate vicinity of the E3S/ZOW trade fair halls 19-21 during the rush hour, particularly in the mornings. This is an active preventative measure to avoid potential traffic jams caused by traffic driving in the opposite direction.

Parking on the Showground

This year parking on the trade fair site is once again as easy as can be. All parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair centre and are reserved for E3S/ZOW visitors. The remote car parks, including one new one with 500 places, are regularly served by shuttle busses.

You will find the exact location of the parking spaces (P) and bus stops (H) in the close-range map of how to get there.

To avoid stress and traffic jam on approaching E3S/ZOW we recommend to use paring area P7 (Input for your navigation system: city: Lage/Lippe; street: Sooerenheiderstrasse; junction: Sylbacher Strasse). P7 is naturally served by shuttle busses to and from the trade fair. In order to ensure a trouble-free flow of traffic, the instructions of the parking guide services must be followed - car drivers will be guided to their respective parking spaces.

Remark: The parking spaces at the trade fair centre are not supervised by a security service. The E3S/ZOW organiser and the operator of the trade fair centre will not accept responsibility for any possible damage.

Parking is free of charge.

Shuttle Bad Salzuflen (City Bus)

The city bus line 942 runs in the hourly rhythm between city center and fairground. Step out at the stop "Benzstrasse", situated directly in front of the fairground.

All official E3S/ZOW 2006 entry badges (exhibitor, visitor, press, VIP) entitle during the E3S/ZOW (20th - 23th February 2006) to free use of the entire city bus network of Bad Salzuflen.
